New apartment complex consisting of 24 garden-style multi-family buildings in Waco. Barnett’s scope of work for this project includes site clearing, excavation, fire line, concrete curb and gutter, ADA compliant ramps and walkways, hot-mix asphalt paving over a new stabilized base surface. Our scope of work also includes installation and construction of all structures and underground piping for the sanitary sewer system, domestic water supply & distribution system, and the storm water system as designed by the civil engineer to properly divert and drain storm water around the site.
