Scope of Work – 174 Lots (4 phases). . Site SWPPP. Clearing and grubbing of land, excavation of streets, lime stabilization, cement treated base and asphalt paving. Concrete walks, ADA ramps. Erosion control by seeding and curlex blankets. Lot grading and soils testing. Install electrical conduits. Installation of new domestic water system, meters and fire hydrants. Installation of new sanitary sewer system and manholes. Installation of new storm sewer piping and junction boxes, curb inlets and concrete drainage flumes. Excavation of drainage pond.
