Barnett’s scope of work for this project include the storm water pollution prevention plan design and implementation, site clearing, excavation of the existing ground to a depth of 9′ below the proposed building foundation and replacement of the excavated soils with select fill material as required by the engineered design as well as lime stabilization of the soil in concrete paving areas. Our utility scope of work includes installation of a new manhole und underground sanitary sewer piping, installation of the storm water drainage system which includes area drains and underground HDPE storm piping, and the structures and piping for the domestic and fire sprinkler water services.
