Scope of Work – Site SWPPP, demolition of existing paving areas, site excavation, undercut building and dumpster pads, export excess soil, import select fill, prep subgrade, topsoil and final grading. Installation of new sanitary sewer piping and manholes and grease trap. Install new domestic water system and fire riser. Install new storm sewer system including parking lot catch basins.
