Scope of Work – Site clearing and grubbing, site excavation, undercut existing soil and import select fill below building foundations. Install new domestic water system and fire risers to each building and fire hydrants. Install new sanitary sewer service and manholes. Install new underground storm sewer system and excavate for detention ponds. Lime stabilization, cement treated base and asphalt paving for all parking. Concrete walks and ADA ramps. Top soil and final grading.
